At horse’s pace, you will discover the richness of Alpilles Natural Park and travel around the authentic Provence. The scenery changes constantly throughout the ride.
You will pass under limestone cliffs, through ancient olive groves, under tall Aleppo pines, along canals and over ridges. The perfumes of the Provencale garrigue is ever present as the horses crush rosemary, thyme and cistus under hoof.
Depending on weather conditions, we may see the majestic flight of Bonelli eagles over Alpilles hills!
What to expect
Step into authentic Provence with a hands-on cooking experience led by Jane — our American-born, French-based chef who has spent two decades uncovering the stories, flavours, and traditions of this region.
You will begin with a guided visit to the local market, selecting fresh produce alongside Jane before heading to her charming kitchen for a refined Provençal cooking class. Expect food lore, centuries-old recipes, and warm hospitality — a true taste of Provence you won’t find in any restaurant.
