I had the most wonderful break from my busy life

The food was excellent, the staff; so attentive. This was my first cold water swim, and I loved it. The guided hikes with the stunning picnics on the beaches were my favourite part of the 3 days as well as the wellness goodies that Niki gave us to incentivise us when we get home.

Everything ran smoothly from the check in, the plan for each day, the surprise picnics on the beaches and the flexible meal arrangements when we wanted to switch from dinner indoors to eating out on the terrace.
