Cancellations Policy: Guest Cancellations
Cancellations: Whilst we wish to treat cancellations sympathetically, spaces are limited, and the following charge must apply.
Cancellation of your trip/Multi Day Retreat/Day Retreat for whatever reason, should be notified to us directly in writing. Full Payments: For places paid in full and then cancelled the following applies: - More than the Stated day/ weeks in Retreat T+Cs before the start of the retreat: 100% refund minus the deposit; Thereafter we ask you to fill the place and once filled a refund can be given minus the deposit. Less than Stated in Retreat’s T+Cs days/weeks before the start of the retreat no refund can be given.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our Cancellation Policy & Terms of Service before making a reservation.
Naturally, no one books a Retreat with the intention of cancelling or postponing, but unexpected things do happen, so you must have adequate travel cancellation insurance in place before booking your retreat.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
Cancellations Policy: Trip Cancellations made by Us
If Avandra Escapes must cancel or change the Start Date of any retreat, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another retreat (either scheduled or at some future time within the next four (4) years) to be used as credit.
Late Arrivals/Early Departures:
We do not offer credit for arriving late to our retreat or departing early.
