I feel held

I feel great. I feel wholesome, I feel nourished, looked after and most importantly I feel held. I spend a lot of my time looking after other people, and it's really nice to come to a day that enables you to feel looked after.

I'm much more relaxed after today's retreat

It's a really nice thing to do on a Friday before heading into the weekend. The sunshine has helped, but most of all it's been really great just having time to fully relax, learn some new things and meet some new people.
