Our exclusive boutique hotel served as a serene sanctuary, set amid olive groves with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. Every morning began with coffee by the pool, followed by a stretch and flow class to awaken the body and mind. After breakfast, the group would venture out, hiking the Camí de Cavalls, Menorca’s coastal trail, or kayaking to nearby islets for swims and snorkelling in crystalline waters.
Twice-daily workouts ensured every guest could move in a way that felt restorative and energising. A morning flow to set intention for the day, and strength-focused sessions in the late afternoon as the sun cast a golden glow across the terrace.
Meals together were a highlight: fresh, locally sourced cuisine, shared around long tables, accompanied by laughter and conversation.
Beyond movement and meals, the retreat offered connection. Whether during guided hikes, seaside swims, or quiet moments of reflection, guests forged meaningful bonds. They had a shared experience of stepping away from everyday life, of pausing, and of being fully present. One early morning, we gathered before dawn to watch the sky turn pink over the sea — a simple, beautiful moment of stillness.
