Guests stayed at the charming Hope Cove House, a small boutique hotel nestled by the sea. Each day began and ended with invigorating sea swims, complemented by Pilates and strength workouts designed to energize and restore.
Three scenic hikes along the breathtaking South West Coast Path immersed participants in nature and offered space for reflection and connection. Highlights were beautiful picnics on the beaches to fuel the group mid hike.
Nutritious, locally sourced meals were served throughout, with al fresco lunches enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the beach — a highlight for everyone of the experience.
