Please note that all gift cards are digital only. Once you have purchased a gift card, you will receive two emails; one confirmation email and a second containing the gift card.

The booking confirmation email contains the booking reference, a View booking button and booking information including gift card details.

The gift card email contains the gift card information and a gift card PDF file.

Once you receive the gift card, you can forward it to the recipient using your preferred method, such as email or printing it out.

Gift cards can be redeemed against any Avandra retreat ticket. There are three ways you can redeem gift cards:

• Via the QR code on the gift card PDF
• Manually adding the gift card code to your basket
• Using the link on the gift card

The QR code method will take you to the redemption page, where the gift card is automatically applied. From there, you can select your chosen Avandra retreat from the schedule, and the gift card will be applied to your basket.

To manually add the gift card code to your basket:

• Copy the code from the gift card
• Enter the gift card code in the 'discount or voucher' field in your basket (e.g. GKTGH-69D73-EDYRP)
• Select Apply
• Double-check the redeemed amount
• Select the Book now button to continue and complete your booking

Using the link on the gift card:

• Copy the URL underneath the QR code. i.e. https://bookwhen.com/voucher_balance
• Paste the link into your browser to access the balance checker
• Enter your gift card code and select Check balance
• You can then view your gift card information, such as the balance remaining and which pages you can redeem the gift card
• Select Apply to basket next to the page you wish to redeem the gift card against
• This will redirect you to the corresponding page, where the code automatically applies to the basket
• Add your tickets to your basket and follow the checkout steps to complete the booking.

No. You can use the gift card in stages, so there's no need to spend the entire value in one booking.

Please note: While you cannot choose how much of the gift voucher to use in one transaction, any remaining balance will be available for use in future bookings if the voucher value exceeds the cost of your current booking.

Upon redeeming your gift card at checkout, you will see how much will be deducted from your balance. If your booking is more than than your remaining gift card balance, you will be required to pay the difference.

Yes, you can. However, you cannot use a voucher to purchase another voucher.

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

You can check your gift card balance via this link. Simply enter your voucher code into the box shown and your balance will be displayed.

• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
• Discount codes do not apply to voucher purchases. If you purchase a retreat ticket and a voucher in the same transaction, the discount code will only apply to the retreat ticket.
