Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or simply seeking to better understand your hormonal health, our menopause experts will be on hand to educate and inspire you every step of the way.

This retreat is limited to just 20 spaces to keep things intimate. It will be a relaxed, welcoming space where women can connect with each other and our amazing guest experts.

Niki Bruce

The founder of Avandra Escapes will be your host throughout the day, bringing her signature blend of empathy, energy, and experience to lead an inclusive movement session and create a welcoming space for every woman.

Dr. Claire Rawlinson

Claire is an experienced GP with a deep-rooted passion for women’s health. She will offer clinical insight and compassionate guidance. Claire understands the real-life impact of hormonal changes and will be available to answer your questions with clarity and warmth.

Emma Heslop

Emma is the founder of EmPower and will open the day with a grounding hormone-balancing breathwork session, helping you arrive fully present and aligned in body and mind.

Sally Iddles

Our fantastic chef Sally will be taking care of creating nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. Sally has been involved with food in a professional capacity for some twenty years, from retailing with two of the best, to Head of Food for a national chain, to food consulting with prestigious brands.

During this retreat, you'll join breathwork guide Emma as she leads a transformative session exploring how our environment affects the way we breathe — and how that, in turn, impacts our stress and hormone levels. Through science-backed techniques and gentle guided practices, you’ll learn how to reconnect with your breath, calm your nervous system, and support your body’s natural rhythm.

This is more than breathwork. It’s a path to balance.

On booking ones ticket, you will be asked to anonymously submit any questions you may have regarding anything to do with the menopause for Dr Rawlinson to answer at the event. Please do ask anything at all as we wish to use this day not only as a retreat from your day to lives, and a reset for your body but to educate and relax you about your health.
